great location but missing some details
The beds in my room were really comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. The overall cleanliness of the room was impressive, reflecting good maintenance. I appreciated the appealing design of the room, which made it inviting. Additionally, breakfast was well-prepared, with a nice selection available in the open café.
The lack of attention to small details was disappointing.

The front desk staff were accommodating and quick to assist with our check-in.
The parking situation was frustrating, as we had to block other guests while checking in and the spaces were too tight for larger vehicles.

Convenient and Central Location for Cruisers
Great spot for cruise travelers! Just a quick cab ride to the port. We enjoyed exploring nearby Chinatown and historic sites, all within walking distance. The room was clean, but we did face some plumbing issues. Be prepared for a 4PM check-in, especially if arriving post-cruise.

The staff were very accommodating during our stay.
The hotel was extremely noisy, with sounds from the machinery disrupting our peace. Additionally, the outdated decor and carpeting made the place feel unkempt. We were also disappointed by the weak coffee served during breakfast, which didn't meet our expectations.
